摘要
课程是高职院校实现其人才培养目标的根本保证。高职初等教育专业作为小学教师培养的主要阵地,其课程设置直接影响到小学师资质量。由于目前课程设置存在诸多问题,导致高职院校初等教育专业课程设置不能适应新教师资格考试制度的要求和社会发展的需要。高职院校初等教育专业课程设置要以《教师教育课程标准(试行)》和《小学教师专业标准(试行)》为依据,主动适应《中小学和幼儿园教师资格考试标准(试行)》的要求,以育人导向、能力导向、实践导向和专业化导向为出发点,着眼于学生可持续发展,提高教育质量,为社会培养出更多优秀的小学教师。
Curriculum is the fundamental guarantee to achieve the goal of training talents for higher vocational colleges.Primary education major of higher vocational colleges is the main position to train primary school teachers, and its curriculum provision has a direct impact on the quality of primary school teachers. The current curriculum provision in higher vocational colleges can't meet the requirements of the new teacher qualification examination system and the needs of the social development. The curriculum provision of primary education in higher vocational colleges should be based on Teacher Education Curriculum Standards(trial) and Primary Teacher Professional Standards(trial), and actively adapt to the requirements of the standards(trial) of the qualification examination for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. Therefore, it should focus on students' sustainable development, improve education quality, and train more excellent primary school teachers for society based on education orientation, ability orientation, practice orientation and specialization orientation.
