摘要
从职业生涯发展的视角,分析了职业生涯规划与创新创业教育的内在关系,通过对国外创新创业教育的成功案例分析,提出了将职业发展规划理念与创新创业教育相融合的整体改革思路,并探讨了以大学生职业发展为指引的创新创业教育改革的具体策略。
From the perspective of career development, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between career planning and innovation and entrepreneurship education. By analyzing the successful cases of entrepreneurship education in foreign countries, it proposes an overall reform idea that integrates the concept of career development planning with innovation and entrepreneurship education and discusses the specific strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform guided by the career development of college students.
