The good campus cultural atmosphere has a profound influence on the growth and development of college students. With the construction of We Chat public platform in Equipment Engineering Department of Liaoning Jianzu Vocational University as an example, it introduces the important role of new media in autonomous learning mode of ideological and political theory, basic organization culture, campus pioneer project and basic forum cultural construction, explores the way to improve campus culture system construction and widen the skilled talents training through the use of new media technology.
