高职院校毕业生就业满意度和稳定度分析——以辽宁医药职业学院护理系为例

An Analysis of Job Satisfaction and Stability of Higher Vocational Graduates

调查发现,辽宁医药职业学院高职护理专业(群)毕业生对自身就业的专业相关度认可度较高,但稳定度和满意度不太理想。为此提出建议:在学校内建立就业指导咨询处;结合学生的专业特点,帮助学生认识自己、认识职业;要对学生分层次、分阶段、分内容地进行就业指导,提高就业指导工作的针对性和精准性。

The survey finds that higher vocational nursing students of Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine have higher recognition about the professional correlation of employment, but the degree of stability and satisfaction is not ideal. Therefore it comes up with suggestions： establish employment guidance office in the school; combine with the students＇ professional characteristics, help students to learn about themselves and the profession; conduct employment guidance in different gradations,stages and content, and improve the pertinence and precision of employment guidance.
