摘要
目的探讨标准化病人在普通外科急腹症见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月在唐都医院普通外科见习的五年制本科生60人,随机分为实验教学组及常规教学组,实验教学组采用标准化病人教学法。课后对两组学生进行测试评价教学效果。结果实验教学组成绩显著高于常规教学组。结论采用标准化病人教学法能显著提高外科急腹症教学效果。
Objective The standardized patient (SP) teaching is used to investigate the role of SP in clinical noviciate teaching of acute abdomen in Department of General Surgery.Methods All of 60 students were assigned into experimental teaching group and conventional teaching group.We used SP in experimental teaching group.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated with the examination and questionnaire.Results The students in experimental teaching group were obviously superior to those in conventional teaching group.Conclusion Using the standardized patients can significantly improve the effects on clinical teaching of acute abdomen.
