沿河县沙子空心李果实大小和口感分析及综合评价 被引量:8

摘要 针对贵州省铜仁市沿河县沙子空心李果实性状和品质参差不齐问题,测定了70份沿河县沙子空心李种质的果实纵径、横径、平均单果重、白利糖度、酸度和糖酸比,利用相对值综合比较法筛选出LQG-5、XZM-6、LT-3和LYK-9等为适宜示范推广的大果型、口感优的优良种质。为沿河沙子空心李新品种选育提供理论依据,对提升空心李产品品质、促进果农增收及推动空心李产业发展具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problem that the fruit character and quality of Kongxinli are uneven in Yanhe County,Tongren City of Guizhou Province,the vertical diameter,transverse diameter,average fruit weight,Brix degree,acidity and sugar acid ratio of 70 Kongxinli germplasms from Yanhe County were measured,and the method of relative value comprehensive comparison was used to select several big and well taste germplasms,which included LQG-5,XZM-6,LT-3,LYK-9,etc. It provides a theoretical basis for breeding the new Kongxinli variety,which is of great significance for improving the quality of Kongxinli products,promoting fruit growers' income and the development of Kongxinli industry.
