网络直播“规”与“治”——基于在校大学生视角

"Regulating" and "governing" of webcast from the perspective of university students

网络直播近年在我国迅速兴起并呈现火爆状态,但现阶段我国的网络直播在直播平台、直播主播、直播受众等各个方面都存在各种违法行为以及与社会主旋律相悖的问题。大学生作为网络直播主播队伍以及受众的重要组成部分,他们对网络直播的态度具有重要的意义。如何加强对网络直播的监管显得很有必要,在分析大学生对网络直播态度的基础上,探索出规范网络直播的途径——完善规范、多元共治、加大监管。

Because of the rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, webcast in China has sprung up rapidly in the last two years and experienced extraordinary scene. But, at present, there are all kinds of illegal activities and other issues which are not in harmony with society, related to the platform, the host and the audience. As an important part of the host and audience, college students＇ attitude towards the webcast is of great significance. How to supervise webcast is becoming more and more important.Based on the analysis of the college students＇ attitude, this paper explores the ways to standardize the network live-broadcasting-perfecting norms, governing multiply, and increasing supervision.
