基于“动平衡、微调整、自适应”的高职教学研究

摘要 文章在充分肯定各种教学方法的前提下,进行了如何提高课堂效率的思考,提出一堂好课应在充分准备与设计的前提下,"不局限于套路,不拘泥于程式"。并以实践为指导从三个方面进行了论证,课程设计应该根据具体内容动态选择教学方法;课程组应该根据当年学生层次对课程设计中选择的方法进行微调整;教师在具体授课过程中还可在框架下进行课堂的自适应,从而完成有效的课堂教学。 Under the premise of fully affirming all kinds of teaching methods, this article proposes the reflection on how to improve the classroom efficiency, and puts forward that a good lesson should be under the precondition of adequate preparation and design without limitation of frameworks and modes. It is demonstrated from three aspects guided by practices: the curriculum should be designed according to the specific content of dynamic teaching methods; courses should be adjusted according to the method of micro group selection in the curriculum design of the level of students; teachers can be self-adaptive in specific teaching process under the framework, thus completing the effective classroom teaching.
