The strategic adjustment of economy and industry structure in Hercynian economic zone and lacks of talents with smart business background and industry thinking require that applied undergraduate colleges and universities assume the responsibility of conveying high-quality innovative and applied talents. The development idea of smart business professional group based on the Hercynian economic zone not only meets the external requirements of the transformation and upgrading of the docking industry and the promotion of the integration of production and education, but also adapts to the internal requirements of gathering teaching resources and improving the core competitiveness and efficiency of running a school. It aims to implement the capability training of life-long development and explores various paths to talents by changing the training orientation, upgrading the structural layout and framework construction, adjusting the implementation path, re-planning the curriculum system structure, constructing the coordination and education mechanism and optimizing the training and construction mechanism of the teaching staff.
