高职毕业生培养质量评价报告——以襄阳职业技术学院毕业生为例

The Quality Evaluation Report on the Higher Vocational College Graduates——A Case Study of Graduates of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College

为科学测评学校人才培养质量,完善质量监控与评估体系,提升培养质量,以襄阳职业技术学院毕业生为例,依托第三方专业机构,对学校近三届毕业生实施培养质量评价项目,基于毕业生反馈的数据,在对样本采集情况、主要指标变化趋势进行统计分析基础上,从就业情况、就业质量、培养质量以及校友评价等方面,分析学校人才培养质量,并对存在的问题提出改进建议。

In order to evaluate the quality of talent cultivation scientifically and improve quality monitoring and evaluation system, this paper carries out the training quality evaluation project on recent three graduates of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College relying on third-party professional institutions. Based on the data of graduates’ feedback as well as the statistical analysis on the collection of samples and the trend of main index changes, this paper analyzes the quality of talent cultivation from employment situation, employment quality, training quality and alumni evaluation,etc.,and puts forth some suggestions on resolving the existing problems.
