含油污泥处置技术的新发展及其应用现状 被引量:38

摘要 随着全球对石油资源需求的不断增长以及人们对环保和可持续发展要求的提高,如何控制含油污泥对环球的污染已成为石化行业关注的重要问题。在对含油污泥的危害进行分析的基础上,对国内外常用的含油污泥处置技术的方法、原理、适用范围、特点以及新技术的发展进行了概述,并结合实际调研,介绍了我国石化企业几种典型的含油污泥处置技术的应用现状,分析了含油污泥处置技术在应用中存在的问题,进而提出了控制含油污泥环境污染的减量化、资源化和无害化措施,以为石化企业控制含油污泥污染提供参考。 It has become an important problem in petroleum industry to control the pollution of oil sludge with the ascending demand on petroleum products and the increasing demand of environmental protection and sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the harm of oil sludge,this paper summarizes the methods,principle,range of application,characteristics and development of new techniques on the oil sludge disposal.In addition,with the practical investigation,the paper introduces the application status of oil sludge disposal techniques in different petroleum industries,analyzes the existing problems in the application status of oil sludge disposal,and proposes the reduction,resource-oriented and harmless controlling measures for the environmental pollution of oil sludge,providing reference for controlling of oil sludge in petroleum industries.
