Construction of Safety Management System of Chemical Laboratories in Universities

在地方高校培养应用型人才的背景下,化学实验教学在专业技术人才培养中有着重要的作用。在分析高校化学实验室主要危险源的基础上,针对当前我国高校化学实验室安全管理的现状,初步探讨了构建高校化学实验室安全管理体系的具体对策与建议,指出要通过健全安全管理规章制度、创新安全检查机制、完善安全设施、营造安全文化氛围以及加强危险化学品安全管理等方面构建高校化学实验室安全管理体系,并对未来高校化学实验室的安全管理进行了展望。

Chemistry experiment teaching plays an important role in the training of professional and technical talents.Aiming to improve the current situation of safety management of chemical laboratories,this paper dicussess the counter measures and suggestions of the safety management system of chemistry laboratories in universities.Based on the analysis of main hazard sources of chemistry laboratories in universities,Then the paper indicates the countermeasures to building the system including perfecting rules and regulations,innovating inspection mechanism,improving safety facilities,creating safety culture atmosphere and focusing on strengthening safety management of hazardous chemicals.Finally,the paper prospects the safety management of chemical laboratories in universities in future.
