摘要
对个案的研究表明家庭应对模式与自闭症儿童的干预效果之间有很强的关联性。研究对象的家庭采取的有效应对模式,使其在6年内由一名中度自闭症患儿(伴随智力障碍)恢复成一名在普小就读、行为规范的小学生(智力正常)。家长应该从重视孩子的发育异常并及时确诊,主动进行心理调适,及时送自闭症儿童到科学的干预机构进行系统干预,学习关于自闭症的知识和干预方法,实现家庭成员间的分工协作以及建立与自闭症儿童的良好亲子关系等方面来构建自闭症谱系障碍儿童家庭的有效应对模式。
The study of case shows that there is a strong correlation between the family coping style and the intervention effect of the Children with autism spectrum. In 6 years, the effective coping mode adopted by the family has recovered a child with moderate autism(accompanied by mental retardation) into a normal pupil in elementary school. Parents should pay attention to children's developmental abnormalities and diagnose them in time, take the initiative to conduct psychological adjustments, send autistic children to scientific intervention institutions to carry out systematic interventions timely, learn about autism knowledge and intervention methods, achieve division of labor among family members, and establish a good parent-child relationship with children with autism to build an effective response model for children with autism spectrum disorders.
