民族药九子不离母的临床运用

Clinical application of Jiu Zi Bu Li Mu of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨民族药九子不离母的临床运用。方法:分析玉溪市中医医院2016年民族药九子不离母的使用剂量、适应证、患者年龄、性别。结果:本院2016年共有6 153张处方使用九子不离母,主要处方剂量为20～30 g,使用年龄主要在40～60岁,使用者女性多于男性,最主要的适应证为痹证。结论:可以进一步研究九子不离母在痹证运用中的药理学作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of Jiu Zi Bu Li Mu of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：We analyzed the dosage,indications of Jiu Zi Bu Li Mu of traditional Chinese medicine,age and sex of the patients in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yuxi City in 2016.Results：In 2016,there were 6 153 prescriptions in our hospital with Jiu Zi Bu Li Mu.The main prescription dose was 20 to 30 g;the age of use was 40 to 60 years old;women were more than men;the main indication was arthromyodynia.Conclusion：We can further study the pharmacological effect of Jiu Zi Bu Li Mu in the treatment of arthromyodynia.
