蒙脱石散在新生儿内科性呕吐患者中的临床治疗体会

Experience of montmorillonite powder in the clinical treatment of neonatal patients with internal medical vomiting

目的:探讨蒙脱石散在新生儿内科性呕吐患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:收治新生儿内科性呕吐患者80例,均行单一合理的喂养方式,同时给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗效果明显,且能显著减短呕吐次数及时间,治愈56例(70%),好转21例(26.25%);蒙脱石散还能积极预防新生儿发生坏死性小肠结肠炎。结论:针对新生儿内科性呕吐患者应用蒙脱石散进行治疗,有一定的消炎抑菌作用,能有效保护其消化道,并且不会影响中枢神经、心血管、肝及肾等组织,对新生儿有很高的用药安全性。

Objective：To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder in the clinical treatment of neonatal patients with internal medical vomiting.Methods：80 cases of neonatal patients with internal medical vomiting were selected.They were given a single and reasonable feeding and montmorillonite powder treatment.We observed the effect of treatment.Results：The treatment effect was obvious,and it can significantly shorten the time and frequency of vomiting.56 cases（70%） were cured and 21 cases（26.25%） were improved.Montmorillonite powder can actively prevent the occurrence of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Conclusion：The application of montmorillonite powder in the clinical treatment of neonatal patients with internal medical vomiting had certain anti-inflammatory bacteriostatic effect.It can effectively protect the digestive tract,and did not affect the central nervous,cardiovascular,liver and kidney tissues,and it had a high drug safety for the newborns.
