自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of haemorrhoid hemorrhage

目的:探讨自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效。方法:收治痔疮出血患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,对照组采用传统套扎术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、总有效率和术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of haemorrhoid hemorrhage.Methods：80 patients with haemorrhoid hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with automatic hemorrhoids ligation.The control group was treated with traditional ligation.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the operation time,the total effective rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of haemorrhoid hemorrhage was significant.
