阿托品压抑疗法和遮盖疗法在小儿弱视治疗中的效果对比

Comparison of the effect of atropine depression therapy and cover therapy in the treatment of amblyopia in children

目的:探讨阿托品压抑疗法和遮盖疗法治疗小儿弱视的临床疗效。方法:收治弱视患儿86例,分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用遮盖疗法治疗,研究组采用阿托品压抑疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率和依从性优良率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比遮盖疗法,阿托品压抑疗法治疗小儿弱视效果更显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of atropine depression therapy and cover therapy in the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods：86 children with amblyopia were chosen,and they were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with cover therapy,and the study group was treated with atropine repression therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate and good compliance rate of the study group were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the cover therapy,atropine repression therapy was more effective in the treatment of amblyopia in children.
