风心病二狭二闭心力衰竭并低钾血症1例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of rheumatic heart disease and mitral stenosis and mitral insufficiency and heart failure and hypokalemia

风湿性心脏瓣膜病是临床常见病,早期症状不明显或者不严重,很多患者来到医疗机构就诊时,多半到了晚期,病情较为危重,治疗上只要采取严密内科保守治疗也可以收到良好疗效,延缓病情进展加重,从而减轻广大患者的痛苦和经济负担。本文介绍风心病二狭二闭患者1例的救治情况。

Rheumatic valvular heart disease was a common clinical disease.The early symptoms were not obvious or serious,and many patients came to the medical institutions for more than half to the late stage,and the condition was more critical.In the treatment,we can receive good curative effect as long as we adopt strict internal medicine conservative treatment.It can delay the aggravation of the disease and reduce the pain and economic burden of the patients.In this paper,the author introduced the treatment of 1 case with rheumatic heart disease and mitral stenosis and mitral insufficiency and heart failure and hypokalemia.
