宫颈内口-子宫下段压迫缝合法对前置胎盘伴胎盘植入导致的术中子宫出血疗效观察

Observation on the effect of cervical intraoral and inferior segment compression suture on intraoperative uterine bleeding caused by placenta previa and placenta implantation

目的:分析在出现前置胎盘症状且伴有胎盘植入的患者治疗中,给予患者宫颈内口-子宫下段压迫缝合治疗的具体效果。方法:收治前置胎盘合并胎盘植入造成术中子宫出血患者10例,所有患者需要接受宫颈内口-子宫下段压迫缝合治疗,对患者的具体治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者接受治疗的效果较好,无严重并发症,也没有被转入重症监护室进行观察;治疗后随访结果显示患者怀疑出现剖宫产瘢痕憩室1例,其他患者情况较好。结论:针对临床当中出现前置胎盘与胎盘植入而造成子宫出血的患者治疗来讲,患者接受宫颈内口-子宫下段压迫缝合治疗的效果较好。

Objective：To analyze the effect of cervical intraoral and inferior segment compression suture on patients with placenta previa and placenta implantation.Methods：10 cases of uterine bleeding caused by placenta previa combined with placenta implantation were selected.All patients need to undergo cervical intraoral and inferior segment compression suture treatment.We made a retrospective analysis of the patient’s specific treatment.Results：All patients received better treatment,no serious complications,and no patients were transferred to the intensive care unit for observation.After treatment,1 case of cicatricial diverticulum in caesarean section was suspected,and other patients were in good condition.Conclusion：For patients with placenta previa and placenta accreta that cause uterine bleeding,the treatment of cervical intraoral lower uterine compression suture is good.
