减肥治疗对中重度肥胖与慢性肾病患者的肾功能及尿β_2微球蛋白的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察饮食控制减轻中重度肥胖与慢性肾病患者的体重对患者的肾功能的影响。方法:收治体重肥胖(BMI>28 kg/m^2)、基线血清肌酐<176μmol/L的肥胖与慢性肾病患者38例,随机分试验组(饮食控制组)及对照组(不愿减肥患者),对试验组进行减肥治疗。结果:试验组肥胖患者减肥后的肾功能及尿β_2微球蛋白明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对中重度肥胖与慢性肾病患者给予减肥治疗可显著改善其肾功能及尿β_2微球蛋白。 Objective:To observe the effect of diet control on reducing the weight of patients with moderate and severe obesity and chronic kidney disease,and on the renal function of patients.Methods:38 patients with obesity and chronic kidney disease undergoing weight and obesity(BMI〉28 kg/m2),baseline serum creatinine〈176 μ mol/L were selected.They were randomly divided the experimental group(the diet control group)and the control group(unwilling to lose weight patients).We treated the experimental group with weight loss treatment.Results:The renal function and urinary beta 2 microglobulin in obese patients of the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of moderate to severe obesity and chronic kidney disease can significantly improve the renal function and urinary beta 2 microglobulin.
