氨磺必利与氯氮平对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的治疗效果

The effect of amisulpride and clozapine on the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms

目的:比较以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症利用氨磺必利与氯氮平治疗的效果。方法:收治以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者300例,分观察组和对照组,分别接受氨磺必利、氯氮平治疗,比较效果。结果:治疗后观察组和对照组阴性症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分(81.63±5.62)分,对照组评分(71.45±8.40)分(P<0.05)。结论:两种药物治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症均有较好疗效,同时氨磺必利能够更明显提升生活质量。

Objective：To compare the effect of amisulpride and clozapine on the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods：300 cases of schizophrenia with negative symptoms were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,treated with amisulpride and clozapine respectively.We compared the effect.Results：There was no significant difference in the score of negative symptom scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment（P〉0.05）.The quality of life of the observation group was（81.63 ± 5.62）scores after treatment,and the control group was（71.45±8.40）scores（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The two drugs in the treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia have good curative effects,while amisulpride can more significantly enhance the quality of life.
