中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

目的:探讨中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者70例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,观察组采用中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效显著,且安全性较高。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods：70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Kang Fu Xiao Yan suppository.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation was significant,and the security was high.
