阳和汤联合康复新液治疗糖尿病足溃疡伴感染36例体会

Experience of Yang He decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with infection in 36 cases

目的:探讨阳和汤联合康复新液治疗糖尿病足溃疡伴感染的效果。方法:收治糖尿病足溃疡伴感染患者36例,采用阳和汤联合康复新液治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:36例患者中31例足溃疡伴感染得到良好控制,局部感染灶彻底清除,溃疡面愈合;4例坏疽彻底清除,但创面未完全愈合而转院;1例效果不佳,坏疽未控制,创面未愈合。结论:阳和汤联合康复新液治疗糖尿病足溃疡伴感染的效果良好。

Objective：To explore the effect of Yang He decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with infection.Methods：36 patients with diabetic foot ulcer with infection were selected.They were treated with Yang He Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid.We observed the effect of treatment.Results：The foot ulcers and infection in 31 patients were well controlled,and the local infection was completely removed and the ulcer surface was healed.The gangrene of 4 cases was completely removed,but the wound was not fully healed,and the patients were transferred.The effect of 1 case was poor,the gangrene was uncontrolled and the wound was not healed.Conclusion：The effect of Yang He decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with infection was good.
