长春西汀联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死40例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated with vinpocetine combined with Xue Sai Tong

目的:探讨长春西汀注射液联合注射用血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组采用注射用血塞通治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用长春西汀注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀注射液联合注射用血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction treated with vinpocetine combined with Xue Sai Tong.Methods：80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with Xue Sai Tong injection,and the treatment group added with vinpocetine injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction treated with vinpocetine combined with Xue Sai Tong was significant.
