中医综合疗法辅助防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation assisted by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly

目的:探讨中医综合疗法辅助防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治老年人股骨粗隆间骨折患者73例,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组采用防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医综合疗法辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组髋关节Harris评分、肢体功能缺损评分、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、功能优良率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法辅助防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation assisted by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods：73 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,and the treatment group added with TCM comprehensive therapy on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the observation group,the hip Harris score,limb function defect score,fracture healing time,complication rate and functional excellence rate were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation assisted by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly was significant.
