摘要 目的:探讨在不同温度下使用不同采血试管对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测结果的影响。方法:选取健康体检者40例,空腹采取静脉血,每份血液标本同时分装于4个试管,其中包括2管肝素抗凝管(绿色)、2管促凝剂分离胶管(黄管)。将2管肝素抗凝管标本离心,分别置于4℃和25℃于1 h、3 h、6 h、24 h检测NSE水平;分离胶管NSE检测方法同肝素抗凝管。结果:(1)肝素管组标本在4℃时不同时间点NSE检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在25℃时NSE结果随保存时间延长而增高。6 h、24 h对应的4℃和25℃的NSE结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)分离胶管组标本在4℃和25℃条件下不同时间点检测NSE结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)在4℃下肝素抗凝组和分离胶组对应不同时间点NSE测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝素管采集标本在4℃条件下保存对NSE检测结果无影响;分离胶管采集标本在4℃和25℃条件下保存对检测NSE结果保持稳定。 Objective:To explore the effect of different temperature conditions and different blood collection tube on the detection results of neuronspecific enolase(NSE).Methods:40 health examiners were chosen,and the fasting venous blood was collected.Each blood specimen was simultaneously divided into 4 test tubes,including 2 tubes of heparin anticoagulant(green),and 2 tubes of coagulant separation rubber tubes(yellow).The specimens of 2 tubes of heparin anticoagulant were centrifuged and placed at 4℃and 25℃ at 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours,24 hours to detect NSE levels.The NSE detection method for separating rubber tube was the same as heparin anticoagulant tube.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the NSE test results of the heparin tube group at 4℃ at different time points(P〉0.05),at 25℃,the results of NSE increased with the prolongation of the preservation time.The results were statistically significant for the corresponding NSE results at 6 hours and 24 hours at 4℃ and 25℃(P〈0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the NSE test results of the separation tube group at 4℃ and 25℃ at different time points(P〉0.05).(3)At 4℃,there was no significant difference in the results of NSE determination between the heparin tube group and the separation tube group at different time points(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The samples collected from the heparin tube had no effect on the results of NSE detection at 4℃.The samples collected from the isolated tube were kept stable for the results of NSE at 4℃and 25℃.
