RetCam Ⅲ新生儿眼底筛查结果及眼底疾病影响因素分析

Analysis of the results of RetCam Ⅲ fundus screening and the influencing factors of fundus disease in newborns

目的:探讨RetCam Ⅲ新生儿眼底筛查结果及眼底疾病影响因素。方法:收治新生儿1 082例,门诊筛查289例为Ⅰ组,住院筛查346例为Ⅱ组,记录眼底筛查结果,分析影响因素。结果:Ⅰ组孕周时间≥38周79例,Ⅱ组ROP患儿45例,对比两组患儿视盘异常、ROP、视网膜母细胞瘤、眼底渗出、眼底出血等发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分析比较ROP疾病发病相关性、出生体重、孕周时间、胎数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床检测新生儿眼底病变的主要方式为RetCam Ⅲ,影响因素包含孕周时间、出生体重、胎数等,医护人员需严格掌握新生儿各项适应证。

Objective：To explore the results of RetCam Ⅲ fundus screening and the influencing factors of fundus disease in newborns.Methods：1 082 cases of newborns were selected.289 cases were screened at the outpatient department as the Ⅰgroup.346 cases were screened at the inpatient department as the Ⅱ group.We recorded the fundus screening results and analyzed the influencing factors.Results：In the Ⅰ group,the gestational time of 79 cases was more than or equal to 38 weeks.In theⅡ group,there were 45 cases of ROP children.There was no significant difference in the incidence of optic disc abnormalities,ROP,retinoblastoma,fundus exudation,and fundus hemorrhage in the two groups（P〉0.05）.The correlation of ROP disease incidence,birth weight,gestational time and fetal number were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in sex（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The main clinical method for clinical detection of fundus lesions in the newborn was RetCam Ⅲ.The influencing factors included gestational time,birth weight,fetal number and so on.The medical and nursing staff should strictly master the various indications of newborns.
