Landolt环形远视力表与E字视力表在民航体检检测远视力中的相关性研究

Correlation study of Landolt circular far vision chart and E word visual chart in far vision inspection of civil aviation physical examination

目的:探讨Landolt环形远视力表与E字视力表在民航体检检测远视力的相关性。方法:选择屈光不正民航飞行员210例(420眼),根据年龄分为招飞组(18～24岁,176眼)、青年组(25～45岁,176眼)及中年组(≥46岁,68眼)。受试者按照《Landolt环形视力表》《标准视力表》《Log MAR视力表》的顺序接受远距视力检查,比较3组受试者经上述3个表测量的裸眼远距视力值,观察3种量表视力测量值之间的关系。结果:3组左眼及右眼《Landolt环形远视力表》裸眼远距测量值分别明显低于《标准视力表》及《Log MAR视力表》,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);《Landolt环形远视力表》测量结果与《标准视力表》及《Log MAR视力表》测量结果均呈正相关。结论:在民航飞行员远视力检测中,《Landolt环形视力表》与《标准视力表》《Log MAR视力表》测量结果相关性良好,因《Landolt环形视力表》对远视力要求更高,且设计科学,在民航体检视力测试中应坚持使用,对保持民航从业人员的视力满足安全执业要求具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the correlation of Landolt circular far vision chart and E word visual chart in far vision inspection of civil aviation physical examination.Methods：210 cases（420 eyes） of ametropic civil aviation pilots were chosen.According to age,they were divided into the prepared pilot group（18 to 24 years old,176 eyes） and the youth group（25 to 45 years old,176 eyes） and the middle-aged group（over 46 years old,68 eyes）.The subjects received distant vision examinations according to the order of the Landolt ring vision table,the standard visual acuity chart and the Log MAR visual acuity chart.We compared the visual acuity of the naked eyes measured by three scales in 3 groups of subjects,and the relationship between the measured values of the three scales was observed.Results：The measurement of visual acuity of the naked eyes of the left eye and the right eye in the three groups by Landolt circular far vision chart was significantly lower than the standard visual acuity chart and the Log MAR visual acuity chart（P〈0.05）.The results of Landolt circular far vision chart were all positive correlation with the standard visual acuity chart and the Log MAR visual acuity chart.Conclusion：In the test of far vision for civil aviation pilots,the correlation of the measurement results of Landolt circular far vision chart with the standard visual acuity chart and the Log MAR visual acuity chart was good.The Landolt circular far vision chart was more demanding for distant vision,and the design was scientific.It should be used in the test of medical examination for civil aviation.It was of great significance to maintain the visual acuity of civil aviation practitioners to meet the requirements of safety practice.
