住院呕吐窒息性猝死患者的相关因素分析及预防护理

Analysis of related factors and preventive nursing of patients with asphyxiated sudden death of vomit in hospital

目的:探讨外科住院患者呕吐窒息性猝死的原因及防治。方法:回顾性分析4例住院患者呕吐窒息性猝死原因,并在近5年采取预防性措施。结果:肠梗阻、胃潴留、衰竭患者呕吐窒息各1例,采取预防性措施后已5年无呕吐窒息病例发生。结论:充分认识科室住院患者呕吐窒息原因和诱因,在岗过程中及时预警是降低呕吐窒息至猝死的关键。

Objective：To investigate the causes and prevention and treatment of asphyxiated sudden death of vomit in surgical inpatients.Methods：We reviewed the causes of asphyxiated sudden death of vomit in 4 hospitalized patients,and in the last 5 years,preventive measures had been taken.Results：There were 1 case of intestinal obstruction,1 case of gastric storage,1 case of failure for asphyxiated sudden death of vomit.No case of asphyxiated sudden death of vomit had occurred for 5 years after taking preventive measures.Conclusion：Fully aware of the causes of asphyxiated sudden death of vomit in hospital,and the timely warning in the process of work were the keys to reduce the asphyxiated sudden death of vomit.
