医护一体化护理对冠心病患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of integrated care of doctors and nurses on heart function and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨医护一体化护理对冠心病患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:收治冠心病患者92例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用医护一体化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、疼痛评分、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠深度、醒后感觉评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化护理对提高患者睡眠质量,改善心功能具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the effect of integrated care of doctors and nurses on heart function and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：92 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given the integrated care of doctors and nurses.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：After nursing,the frequency,duration of angina pectoris,pain score,the time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep depth and wake sensation score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Integrated care of doctors and nurses was of great significance to improve the quality of sleep and improve the function of the heart.
