犬伤门诊临床特点分析

Analysis on the clinical characteristics of dog injury clinic

目的:分析犬伤门诊的临床特点。方法:选择社区卫生服务中心犬伤门诊登记的动物咬伤、抓伤、被动物舔破黏膜、皮肤的患者4 215例,分析其人群分布特点、临床处置情况、狂犬疫苗的接种情况等。结果:4 215例患者来自农村2 412例(57.22%),城镇1 803例(42.78%);季节性分布明显,夏秋季为主;主要是狗咬伤、抓伤;Ⅲ级暴露为主。结论:通过宣传教育,预防犬咬伤,发生犬咬伤后及时就医处理,并接种狂犬疫苗,避免悲剧发生。

Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of the dog injury clinic.Methods：4 215 cases with animal bites,scratches,animals licked damaged mucous membrane and skin were registered in the community health service center,then we analyzed their distribution characteristics,clinical disposition and vaccination situation of rabies vaccine.Results：Among those 4215 patients,2 412 cases（57.22%） came from rural areas,and 1 803 cases（42.78%） from the towns;seasonal distribution was obviously,and mainly in summer and autumn;mainly dogs bites and scratches;most of cases was III level exposure.Conclusion：We should propaganda and education to prevention of dog bites,taken medical treatment in time after bite by dog,and inoculation of rabies vaccine to avoid the tragedy.
