头孢曲松钠所致的过敏反应

本文回顾性分析2例因使用头孢曲松钠治疗原发疾病所致过敏反应患者临床资料,总结相关特征、处理措施及效果。2例患者经临床对症治疗后均好转或痊愈出院,救治成功率100.00%。临床医生应准确掌握头孢曲松钠适应证及所致过敏反应相关特征,一旦患者用药后发生过敏反应,需立即准确判断病情、积极给予对症救治,从而有利于保障患者疗效和预后。

The clinical data of 2 cases of anaphylaxis induced by ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of primary disease were retrospectively analyzed.We summarized the related features,treatment measures and effects.After the clinical symptomatic treatment,2 patients were all improved or recovered,and the rate of successful treatment was 100%.Clinicians should be able to understand the indications of ceftriaxone sodium and the characteristics associated with allergic reactions.Once the allergic reaction occured after the use in patients,the doctor should judge the condition of the disease immediately and actively give the symptomatic treatment so as to protect the patient’s curative effect and prognosis.
