A Survey on the Discipline Development of History of the Communist Party of China in the Initial Stage of the People's Republic of China

新中国成立后中共党史学科迎来了良好的发展机遇。一方面,中共党史学在学科构建、理论问题研究、学科队伍建设、课程设置等方面取得重大进展,为中共党史学科发展奠定了基础;另一方面,由于深受当时政治形势和意识形态工作需要的影响,中共党史学科在处理学术性和科学性相统一的问题上存在一些不足。正确处理政治性、历史性、学术性之间的关系,总结新中国成立初期中共党史学科发展的经验教训,是促进中共党史学科健康发展的必然要求。

The Discipline of History of the Communist Party of China has ushered in a new era of developing opportunitiessince the founding of the People’s Republic of China. On the one hand, great progress has been made in the disciplineconstruction, theoretical research, team development and curriculum design, which lays a solid foundation for the development ofthe discipline. On the other hand, due to the influence of political situation and ideological work, there are some deficiencies in theunification of academic and scientific aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the relationship among the historical, political,and academic nature of the discipline by learning the experiences and lessons from its development during the initial stage of thePeople’s Republic of China to promote its further healthy development.
