摘要 选取宜信的农村金融业务进行单案例研究,分析战略性企业社会责任发挥作用的路径及结果,推演出战略性企业社会责任以利益相关者为导向、通过双重实现途径创造双元效益的理论框架。提出战略性企业社会责任是企业内在的、主动的战略表达;是以利益相关者为导向的可持续性战略行为;双重实现途径为价值链创新和与社会共生;经济—社会双元效益对战略性企业社会责任具有再推动效应等管理启示。 Selecting the rural finance business of Credit Ease to do single case study,this paper analysis the path and result of strategic corporate social responsibility to play a role. The study put forword the theoretical framework that strategic corporate social responsibility is stakeholder oriented and create the dual benefits through double implementation approaches. And also put forward some strategic implications,such as the strategic corporate social responsibility is the internal and proactive strategic express,is a stakeholder oriented and sustainable strategic behavior,is with dual realization approach of value chain innovation and social symbiosis,is with a repromoting effect of the economic-social dual benefit.
