同种异体脱钙骨基质在鼻综合整形中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Allogenic Decalcified Bone Matrix in Comprehensive Rhinoplasty

目的分析同种异体脱钙骨基质(以下简称脱钙骨)在鼻综合整形中替代自体肋软骨、鼻中隔软骨效果。方法本组93例鼻综合整形术,采用脱钙骨为鼻中隔延长移植物及鼻小柱支撑物。结果 93例疗效均良好,形态满意。1例术后感染处理后痊愈。结论脱钙骨在鼻整形术中可替代自体肋软骨及鼻中隔软骨。

Objective To analyze the effect of allogenic decalcified bone matrix（briefly referred to as DBM） to replace autogenous costal cartilage and nasal septal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty. Methods 93 cases of rhinoplasty underwent both nasal augmentation with prosthesis. Results The effects of 93 patients were good. During the follow-up period, 1 case was infected. Conclusion The application of DBM in rhinoplasty shows a sound effect.
