Park法重睑成形术联合微创法Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮的效果观察

Effect of Park method double eyelid plasty combined with minimally invasive Z plasty for correction of inner canthus

目的探究Park法重睑成形术联合微创法Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮的效果。方法选择2016年10月至2017年9月到我院就诊的52例重度内眦赘皮患者,随机分2组,其中对照组(n=26)采用Park法重睑成形术联合横切口内眦赘皮术,观察组(n=26)则联合应用Park法重睑成形术和微创法Z成形术,比较两组的矫治效果。结果术后,观察组患者ICD/HLFL比值(1.06±0.08),显著优于对照组的(1.17±0.07)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组患者对矫治效果的满意率92.31%,较对照组的69.23%明显升高(P<0.05);观察组术后1例患者出现瘢痕增生,对照组2例有较明显的瘢痕增生,组间比较差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组术后6个月无复发病例,而对照组的复发率为15.38%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 Park法重睑成形术联合微创法Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮效果明显,且其术后复发率、瘢痕增生率低,更容易获得患者的满意,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Park method double eyelid plasty combined with minimally invasive Z plasty for the correction of inner canthus.Methods From October 2016 to September 2017,52 cases of severe skin canthus in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（n=26） was treated with Park method double eyelid plasty and transverse canthus.The observation group（n=26） was treated with Park method double eyelid plasty and minimally invasive Z plasty.The effect of two groups was compared.Results The ratio of ICD/HLFL in the observation group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than the 69.23% of control group. There was no significant difference in the rate of hypertrophic scar between the two groups after the operation（P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Park double eyelid combined with minimally invasive Z plasty for the correction of the medial canthus is obvious,and its postoperative recurrence rate and scar proliferation rate are low, and the patients are more satisfied.
