二氧化碳激光治疗阴道松弛及对阴道粘膜相关指标的影响

目的探讨二氧化碳激光(CO2激光)治疗阴道松弛及对阴道粘膜相关指标的影响。方法研究组和对照组各100例,研究组采用CO2激光法修复阴道粘膜,对照组采用改良后壁阴道后壁修补术治疗,对比两组患者术后阴道松弛度、阴道健康指数、性生活满意度。结果治疗前,两组的阴道粘膜弹性、分泌物类型及粘稠度、阴道粘膜上皮、阴道湿润度及阴道健康指数评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的阴道粘膜弹性、分泌物类型及粘稠度、阴道粘膜上皮、阴道湿润度及阴道健康指数评分均显著的高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组的阴道松弛程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的性生活满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光对阴道粘膜修复可有效的改善阴道松弛症状、提高阴道健康指数及患者的性生活满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser on vaginal mucosa repair. Methods Select 200 postpartum vaginal vaginal relaxation patients admitted to our hospital postpartum repair center, collection time from January 2015 to August 2017, according to the treatment method is divided into study group and control group of 100 cases, the study group using carbon dioxide laser repair vagina The mucosa and control group were treated with modified posterior vaginal wall repair. Vaginal relaxation, vaginal health index and sexual satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, the vaginal mucosal elasticity, secretions type and consistency, vaginal mucosa epitheliality, vaginal wetness and vaginal health index score were not significantly different between the two groups（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the vaginal mucosa Elasticity, secretion type and consistency, vaginal mucosal epithelium, vaginal wetness and vaginal health index score were significantly higher than the control group（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the study group and the control group vaginal relaxation was no statistical difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the study group＇s sex life satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser on the vaginal mucosa repair can effectively improve vaginal relaxation symptoms, improve the vaginal health index and the patient＇s sex life satisfaction.
