超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮临床观察

目的探究超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月期间前来我院就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者120例作为研究对象,采用数字随机分组,对照组60例给予甲硝唑凝胶治疗,研究组60例患者给予超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗,对比两组患者临床效果、症状积分及不良反应。结果治疗两周后,研究组总有效率为96.67%(58/60),对照组为83.33%(50/60),对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状积分(毛细血管扩张、瘙痒、丘疹脓疱、红斑)对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组症状积分均显著下降(P<0.01),而且研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。其中,研究组治疗后症状总评分为(4.96±2.36)分,对照组为(7.35±3.27)分,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组1例(1.67%)不良反应,对照组4例(6.67%)发生不良反应,两组对比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。随访三个月,两组患者均无复发情况。结论超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮患者,能够取得显著效果,具有较高的安全性,复发率低,极易被患者接受,值得推广。

Objective To explore the supramolecular salicylic acid joint collagen dressings rose acne treatment clinical effect. Methods From January 2016 to January 2016 to come to our hospital during the period of the rose acne patients 120 cases as the research object. According to the different surgical methods, in the control group, 60 patients were treated with metronidazole gel, and 60 patients in the group were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with collagen dressing, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect, skin lesions, and adverse reactions. Results Treatment two weeks later, the research group total effective rate was 96.67%（58/60）, the control group was 83.33%（50/60）, compared with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, two groups of symptoms integral（blood capillary dilate, SAO is urticant, pimples, pustules, erythema） compared to no significant difference（P〉0.05）, the two groups after treatment symptoms score were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）, and the team is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Among them, The total score of the group after treatment was divided into（4.96 ±2.36） and the control group（7.35±3.27）, and the comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Adverse reactions were observed in 1（1.67%） of the study group and 4 in the control group（6.67%）, with significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Follow-up of 3 months, two groups of patients without recurrence. Conclusion Supramolecular joint collagen dressings rose acne patients treated, salicylic acid can obtain significant effect, improve skin situation, has the high security, low recurrence rate, is easily accepted by patients, is worth promoting.
