超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合果酸交替治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果分析

目的分析超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合果酸治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法选取于2016年1月-2018年1月期间,在我院接受治疗的痤疮瘢痕患者50例,采用奇偶分组法将患者分为2组,对照组患者接受果酸治疗,试验组患者接受超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合果酸治疗。结果试验组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组总有效率,P<0.05;试验组患者的面部满意度为92.00%,高于对照组满意度,P<0.05;两组患者的痤疮瘢痕评分均改善,试验组患者的改善幅度优于对照组,P<0.05;试验组患者不良反应的发生几率为8.00%,低于对照组的不良反应发生几率,P<0.05。结论痤疮瘢痕患者接受超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合果酸治疗,可以有效减少患者面部的痤疮瘢痕,效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with acid in the treatment of acne scars. Methods Fifty patients with acne scars who were treated in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by odd-even grouping. Patients in the control group received acid treatment and patients in the experimental group received Superpulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with acid therapy. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group, P〈0.05; the facial satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.00%, higher than the control group satisfaction, P〈0.05; The patient＇s acne scar scores were improved, and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.00%, which was lower than the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with acne scars treated with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with acid may be effective in reducing acne scars on the face of the patient.
