上颌前牙区种植义齿即刻修复的美学效果评价

Aesthetic Effect Evaluation of Implant Denture Immediately Repaired in Anterior

目的分析上颌前牙区种植义齿即刻修复的美学效果。方法择取2015年3月-2016年3我院收治的120例上前牙缺失者为研究对象,按照修复方法,分为对照组以及观察组,每组60例。对照组开展延期修复,观察组开展即刻修复,分析相关结果。结果两组患者均无4度牙龈乳头。和对照组相比,观察组在牙龈乳头2度和3度的人数明显较多(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的各项牙体修复满意度明显较高(P<0.05),和对照组相比,观察组在治疗后半年以及1年的牙槽骨吸收度明显较小(P<0.05).结论对于上颌前牙缺损者,开展种植义齿即刻修复治疗,能取得满意成效,此法美观性强,和传统方式相比骨量吸收度减少,美学区牙龈乳头外形好,因此,推荐符合治疗指征的患者接受此项修复治疗。

Objective To analyze the immediate aesthetic effect of implant denture in maxillary anterior. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 120 cases of anterior teeth missing in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the method of repair, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group performed delayed repairs, and the observation group performed immediate repairs to analyze the relevant results. Results There was no 4 degree gingival papilla in both groups. Compared with the control group, the number of patients in the observation group at the second and third degree of the gingival papilla significantly more（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of the dental restoration group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）, Compared with the control group, the alveolar bone absorbance in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group at six months and one year after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For maxillary anterior teeth defects, implant denture immediate repair can achieve satisfactory results, This method is aesthetically pleasing, and compared with the traditional way to reduce the amount of bone absorption, aesthetic area gingival papilla good shape, therefore, recommended in line with the indications for treatment of patients receiving this repair.
