摘要
作为医疗服务的重要组成,智能医院后勤服务与管理将提升医疗服务的整体质量。基于精细化管理理念,本研究提出建设医院后勤智能管理平台的目标、原则和方案。以医院楼宇空调系统管理为例,说明医院后勤智能管理平台的应用过程。医院后勤管理的智能化转变对医院信息化建设起到积极的推进作用,并提升医疗服务的社会满意度。
As an important component of medical service, the intelligent logistics service and management of hospital will improve the overall quality of medical service. Based on the concept of refined management,this study puts forward the goal, principle and plan of building hospital logistics intelligent management platform. Taking the management of hospital building air conditioning system as an example, the application process of hospital logistics intelligent management platform is explained. The intelligent transformation of hospital logistics management played an active role in the construction of hospital informatization and improved the social satisfaction of medical service.
