摘要
考勤系统是在对单位组织结构、人员类型、业务流程等进行充分调查和研究的基础上,进行详细的业务需求分析,建立系统的功能架构而实现的。经过充分的论证,最终决定考勤管理信息系统分为系统管理、人员排班、个人考勤信息管理、审批管理共四个大的功能模块,采用B/S模式的技术架构来实现本系统。本系统统筹设计、规划全面,实现时采用高内聚、低耦合的模块化结构,体现了目前较为先进的设计思想。
The attendance system is implemented on the basis of the thorough investigation and study of the organization structure, type of personnel and business process, and the detailed analysis of business requirements and the establishment of a system function framework. After sufficient demonstration, the final decision of the attendance management information system is divided into four major functional modules: system management, staff scheduling, personal attendance information management and approval management. The system is realized by using the B/S mode technology framework. The system is designed and planned in a comprehensive way. The modular structure with high cohesion and low coupling is adopted in the implementation, which embodies the advanced design ideas at present.
