互联网时代信息爆炸,人们可以通过搜索引擎、目录、人工等方式检索信息。但是由于现代技术的限制,搜索工具的功能没有达到理想的效果,人类希望有更加方便、效率更高、精确度更高的信息系统,希望建立智能化信息系统。基于此,笔者对人工智能技术和信息服务进行了分析。

In the Internet era, information is exploded. People can retrieve information through search engines, catalogues, and artificial methods. However, due to the limitations of modern technology, the function of search tools has not achieved the desired effect. Human beings hope to have more convenient, more efficient and more accurate information systems, and hope to establish an intelligent information system. Based on this, the author analyzes artificial intelligence technology and information service.
