浅谈办公自动化网络安全

Discussion on Office Automation Network Security

办公自动化是指利用微机和相关周边设备有效地管理和传输各种信息,达到提高工作效率的目的。然而,现实的复杂性往往不能保证信息在互联网上的安全传输和管理。因此,保证网络安全和防止信息泄露和被非法窃取已成为当前办公室自动化的重中之重。笔者分析了办公自动化网络中常见的安全问题,并提出了解决这些安全问题的方法。

Office automation refers to the effective management and transmission of all kinds of information by means of computers and related peripheral equipment, so as to improve work efficiency. However, the complexity of reality often can not guarantee the safe transmission and management of information on the Internet. Therefore, ensuring network security and preventing information leakage and illegal theft have become the top priority of current office automation. The author analyzes the common security problems in office automation network, and proposes solutions to these security problems.
