加强新时代国家气候安全法治保障

Strengthening the Legal Guarantee of Climate Security in a New Era

面对气候变化等人类共同面临的非传统安全威胁,中国积极推进了国际气候法治进程。当前已进入以落实《巴黎协定》为主的气候治理新时代,需各缔约方进一步强化国内气候法治。我们应借鉴其他国家加速气候立法的经验和教训,健全国内气候变化法律体系,提高国家气候履约保障,有效引领全球气候治理。

Facing the non-traditional security threats, which humans are facing, such as climate change, China has actively promoted the rule of climate change law at global level. Currently, we have been in the new age of climate governance, which focuses on implementing Paris Agreement. Therefore, Parties are required to strengthen the rule of climate change law at domestic level. We should learn from the lesson and experience of other countries on accelerating climate change legislation, improve the domestic legal system of climate change, improve the national guarantee for performance of Paris Agreement, lead the way in global climate governance effectively.
