摘要
本文基于加拿大能源研究院(CERI)报告数据及上市公司年报数据,对油砂产业成本构成进行了全面细致的量化分析;同时,结合常规油气生产数据,对比分析了操作成本及研发投入的发展趋势,并对加拿大本土最大的油砂生产企业Suncor Energy的成本构成及发展战略进行了分析和解读,提出了对我国石油企业油砂发展战略的思考与政策建议。
Based on the Canadian Energy Research Institute（CERI） report data and the annual report data of listed companies, this paper conducts a comprehensive and detailed quantitative analysis of the cost structure of the oil sands industry. At the same time, combining the conventional oil and gas production data, it compares and analyzes the operating costs and development trends of RD investment. Finally, this paper analyzes the cost composition and development strategy of Suncor Energy, the largest oil sands producer in Canada, and puts forward the thinking and policy recommendations for the oil sand development strategy of China＇s oil companies.
