西南地区民族习用药香龙肝香(杠香)的品种鉴定

Identification of Varieties of National Longganxiang( Gangxiang) Conventionally Used as Medicine and Incense in Southwest

[目的]鉴定云川贵民族习用药香龙肝香(杠香)的原植物品种,保护和开发民族药用新资源。[方法]实地调研、采访,采集龙肝香(杠香)原植物,收集标本,用基原鉴定法、性状鉴定法以及DNA条形码技术鉴别龙肝香(杠香)原植物品种。[结果]龙肝香(杠香)的藤本植物形态、香药材性状特征及DNA条形码特征与豆科蝶形花亚科黄檀属植物滇黔黄檀(Dalbergia yunnanensis Franch.)相吻合。[结论]云川贵民族习用药香龙肝香(杠香)来源于豆科蝶形花亚科黄檀属植物滇黔黄檀富含树脂的木质藤茎。

[Objective] The research aimed to identify original plant variety of Longganxiang（ Gangxiang） which was conventionally used as medicine and spice in Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou Province,and to provide basis for protection and development of new medicinal resources for the nation. [Methods] Field surveys,interviews and collection of the original plants of Longganxiang（ Gangxiang）,and to collect the plant samples. Next,germplasm origin identification method,character identification method and DNA barcode technology was used to identify the original plant varieties of Longganxiang（ Gangxiang）. [Result] The morphological characteristics,macroscopic characters and DNA barcode information of Longganxiang（ Gangxiang） were accordant with Dalbergia yunnanensis Franch.. [Conclusion] Longganxiang（ Gangxiang） which conventionally used in Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou Province was derived from Dalbergia yunnanensis Franch. resin-rich woody cane.
