燕麦配方粉对肥胖患者血脂的影响

Effect of Oat Formula Powder on Serum Lipid of Obese Patients

[目的]研究设计一款适用于超重或肥胖患者的以燕麦、复配食品胶为主要原料的配方粉,并以其作为膳食代餐考察其对肥胖患者血脂变化的影响。[方法]根据特殊医学配方食品通则中的营养要求和肥胖人群膳食特点设计配方。选取50名肥胖患者,给予燕麦配方粉每日1包,替代晚餐,60 d后测研究对象试验前后的体重和腰臀比,检测血脂胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平。[结果]燕麦配方粉能量为452.07 kJ,仅为普通一餐能量的22%。通过60 d的代餐膳食后,供试人群身体质量指数、TC、TG和LDL-C低于服用前,HDL-C高于服用前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]燕麦配方粉作为一种低热量、饱腹感强的膳食代餐对肥胖患者可起到降低体重、降血脂的作用。

[Objective]To design a oat formula powder with main material of oat,complex food colloids that is suitable for overweight or obese people and study the effect of oat formula powder for meal replacement on serum lipid level of obese patients.[Method]According to the nutrient requirements in guidelines of special medical formula food and characteristics of obese people diet design the recipe.50 obese patients received 1 packet of oat formula powder for dinner every day for 60 d.The body weight,waist to hip ratio and serum lipid levels,including serum total cholesterol（ TC）,serum triglyceride（ TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,were measured before treatment and 60 d after treatment.[Result]Energy of oat formula powder is 452.07 kJ,which is only 22% of normal meal energy.After 60 d of treatment,body mass index,TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly lower than those before treatment,HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,the indexes showed statistically significant difference（ P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Oat formula powder with strong satiety and low calorie can help decrease serum lipid level and weight in obese patients.
