湖北省生态土地整治项目规划理念和思路分析——以广水市2016年杨寨镇生态土地整治试点项目为例

Planning Idea and Thought of Land Ecological Consolidation Project of Hubei Province——Taking the Land Ecological Consolidation Project of Yangzhai Town of Guangshui City in 2016 for an Example

为贯彻落实党的十八届五中全会精神,推进土地整治项目改革创新,确定广水市为湖北省生态土地整治试点2个县市之一。立足土地整治理念和项目区生态整治总体理念,从用地分类因子、水体缓冲因子、地形因子3个层面,运用GIS软件对广水市杨寨镇项目区进行了生态适宜性分析,提出了打造"一轴,四廊,四区,多点"的规划结构布局,最后从山、田、水、湖、林、村6个方面提出了生态整治的设计思路,有利于空间格局优化,促进生态环境改善,为传承历史人文景观提出了新观点。

In order to carry out the spirit of the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,and promote the reform and innovation of land consolidation projects,Guangshui was identified as one of two counties in Hubei Province.Based on the concept of land ecological consolidation and the overall concept,from the land use classification factor,water buffer factor,and terrain factor three level,using GIS software for the analysis of ecological suitability of Yangzhai County,Guangshui.It is proposed to create the layout of‘one axis,four corridors,four area,multi-point planning structure＇.At last,design ideas of ecological regulation were put forward from six aspects,which was the mountains,farmland,water,lakes,forests and villages.It is conducive to optimize the spatial pattern,and promote the improvement of the ecological environment,what＇s more,it puts forward a new idea for historical and cultural landscape heritage.
