摘要
复合材料因其良好的抗疲劳性、抗腐蚀性、卓越的减重效率以及优越的结构可设计性,在民用飞机上的用量比例逐渐增多。机翼固定前缘作为机翼的重要部件,不仅对前缘缝翼起到支撑作用,同时还对抵抗鸟撞、安装各类系统发挥重要作用,其设计要考虑多方面的因素,具有较大的设计难度。本文从设计驱动、材料选取、成形工艺、蒙皮设计、辅助梁设计等方面来阐述机翼复合材料机翼固定前缘结构设计。
The composite material is widely used in the civil aircraft for its excellent fatigue resistance,corrosion resistance,higher weight loss efficiency and design freedom. The fixed leading edge is the important part of the wing to support leading edge slat,stand bird impact and install various systems. Due to the complicated shape and complex load of the leading edge,the design is difficult which needs to consider many factors. This paper researches composite fixed leading edge structure design of civil aircraft though material selection,forming technology,skin design,spar design.
